About Me

I’m an experienced Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience. I use my expertise to empower those yearning to go beyond the health care system and get their lives back.

I’ve worked in all areas of health care and currently have an active general practice in our community. I am a certified yoga instructor with experience in mindfulness and biofeedback techniques. I am experienced in many areas of fitness including running, triathlons, and weight training.

I approach my practice with a holistic, non-judgemental manner. My goal is to help my clients restore and reach their optimal health levels and enjoy life to the fullest.

We can book a single, comprehensive assessment, or arrange a program that’s right for you.

Comprehensive Health Assessment & Plan

With this 90-minute appointment, we can get an understanding of your unique circumstances and focus on creating balance with all aspects of your health. Once we gather this information, we will strategize together to reach goals that are meaningful and energizing to you.

Hourly Sessions

Power Hour

As a followup to your initial assessment (or as a standalone appointment) book a “Power-Hour” with me and we’ll review your progress or address new, specific issues.

Individualized Programs

After a free 15 minute consult, or an initial comprehensive assessment, we may decide that you need a plan (including several sessions) to achieve your goals. This can be arranged specifically to suit your needs and is based on an hourly fee.

Group Session

Group Workshops

Group sessions are a great way to connect with like-minded people! They offer support, a steady flow of motivation, and work as a reset button for the mind and body. I can discuss most clinical topics of interest, as well as self-care, yoga, meditation, and more. This is a good option for an organization looking to support its staff and clients or for a group retreat.
